The Remote-X R-GSM485 is a 4G device that has been developed using our company’s unique communication protocol, the “4G Open Terminal Network Communication Protocol”. This device allows for effective communication between the server and the device by transmitting instructions through the server. It supports TCP client protocol and MQTT access, as well as heartbeat packets and registration package settings. Additionally, the product offers multiple configuration methods and is compatible with web platforms. It also includes edge collection functions, providing a total of 50 data points. With its industrial-grade design standards, this device ensures optimal reliability.

Setup SiM Card

The device communicates with the Internet through the SIM Card, the card must be activated in advanceand configured WITHOUT PIN.

Firmware update

Firmware upgrade is implemented through FOTA. It can be upgraded by groups or individual devices through the remote management platform of Fhrttr. It can also be upgraded by sending upgraded AT commands through the network or serial port. For detailed introduction, please refer to the “AT Command Manual”.
You can also use the Fhrttr Cloud Device Communication Protocol to send json commands for upgrade.
